L1b stamping while H1B withdrawal in process for pending h1b application…

Could you please help me on my below question... needs help urgent!


I have been visited US embassy Mumbai for H1b stamping and they have suspended me in refusal 221(g) to require addition document from Petitioner (Company B)…

During the visit they have cancelled my L1b without prejudice that have got before h1b from company A…

Now… Due to long time taking to provide addition document from Company B... Have concern US embassy Mumbai call center and sent my original i797 to withdraw pending H1b application…. and they (US Embassy Mumbai) have sent my case back to KCC ( USCIS ) to withdraw H1B application..

Now question is.. Again my current Employer (Company A) ready to put l1b and going for stamping soon..

Does my h1b withdrawal process will impact my new l1b stamping?
Is it will be any complication while L1b stamping interview?

Could you please me on above question? Awaiting for response

Should not be a problem. Just make sure you carry all the required documents to get the L1 stamped without getting a 221g again.

Just wondering... My petitioner (H1b) is not responding me… and not contact me at all.

Do you think… It could be any issue? Or it will affect anything to me and l1b process?
